Dice Thrive Youth Network (DTYN) is a youth-led community-based organization based in Nairobi, Kenya, dedicated to empowering young people through leadership development, mentorship, entrepreneurship, agriculture, climate action, and community service. Our mission is to equip youth with practical skills, knowledge, and opportunities that enable them to become ethical leaders and changemakers in their communities. DTYN delivers leadership webinars, mentorship programs, youth development workshops, and community-based initiatives such as the AgriFuture: Youth-Led Urban Farming Initiative, which equips young people with urban farming and agribusiness skills to improve food security, environmental sustainability, and economic resilience. We also partner with the Launching Leaders program to help young people strengthen their personal leadership, values, financial literacy, and purpose. Guided by our core values Discipline, Innovation, Collaboration, and Empowerment (D.I.C.E.) DTYN creates inclusive opportunities where young people learn, lead, and thrive while making a lasting impact in their communities.
